Nacimiento: 28 de Septiembre de 1964

Sergio Dalma estudió desde los 3 años hasta los 4 en el colegio de la Divina Pastora y cursó toda la EGB en los Hermanos Maristas de Sabadell. En 1978 termina la EGB y se matricula en el instituto Pau Vila en el cual a parte de estudiar Sergio empieza a tener sus primeros romances adolescentes.

Durante 3 años estudió solfeo y canto clásico y se incorpora a su primer grupo semiprofesional llamado Stils, actuando en pubs, discotecas y fiestas de pueblos. Sus primeros ingresos los destinó a comprarse un Renault 5.

Sergio Dalma se matricula en Filologia Romántica pero lo deja antes de acabar el primer curso. También estudió francés, italiano e ingles, pero debe decidir en lanzarse de lleno al mundo de la música y mientras se lo plantea sigue actuando como cantante en la orquesta Pasarela, luego también formó parte del grupo Canela y mas tarde fue contratado para los coros del Teatre Arnau y la sala Scala en Barcelona.

En esta época, Sergio Dalma conoce a gente como Josep Mas (excomponente del grupo Iceberg), Paco Rodriguez (bajista de Lluis Llach) y Xavi Ibáñez (compositor),además en 1985 gana el concurso de cantantes noveles “Gent D¨ aqui” en el circuito catalán de TVE.

Este concurso le empieza a dar a conocer y por eso la sala “Shadows” en Barcelona le contrata para cantar una vez por semana durante un año.

En una entrevista a una conocida revista Sergio Dalma Dalma se independiza y se instala en un pequeño piso en Barcelona y empieza a tomar contacto con las primeras discográficas y en 1987 Sergio Dalma ficha por el sello Horus y dos años después sale a la venta su primer álbum, titulado “Esa chica es mía”.

Después de su gran salto a la fama en Eurovisión y la salida al mercado de su segundo álbum “Sintiéndonos la piel”, Sergio tiene que tomar una de las mayores decisiones de su vida: dejar Barcelona para trasladarse a vivir en Madrid cerca del estadio de Santiago Bernabeu ya que Sergio ve mayor posibilidad de promoción de cara al mercado español y sudamericano desde Madrid.

El 23 de Abril de 1992 sale a la venta el tercer disco de Sergio Dalma, “Adivina”, y casi inmediatamente alcanza el numero uno en las listas de ventas de nuestro país aunque uno de los temas de este álbum “Ave Lucia” produce una gran polémica ya que este tema trata sobre el aborto. El momento cumbre de esta polémica llega cuando Nieves Herrero le dice a Sergio que esa canción no es para su público, la verdad es que es triste según declara Sergio que en 1992 siga habiendo este tipo de mentalidades.

El 10 de Noviembre de 1993 sale a la venta el disco “Solo para ti” arrasando en las listas de ventas y rompiendo cualquier tipo de expectativa, se lanzo a la vez en Francia y en Alemania y también funciono a las mil maravillas.

En enero de 1994 todas las admiradoras de Sergio se quedan boquiabiertas cuando en el programa Madrid Directo salta la noticia de que Sergio Dalma se había casado en secreto con la modelo Maribel Sanz, según unas declaraciones de Sergio se conocieron en el madrileño Parque de Atracciones, empezaron a salir como amigos y decidieron tomárselo en serio hasta casarse el 22 de enero en la mas estricta intimidad.

Cuando todo parece casi perfecto en la vida de Sergio un gran golpe rompe tanta felicidad, ya que después de haber anunciado que iba a ser papá, Maribel pierde el bebé que con tanta ilusión esperaban, pero la esperanza de otro posible embarazo y el gran amor que sentían el uno por el otro les hizo salir de este duro bache. Además para completar la faena, llegando a Sevilla en el AVE, Sergio advierte a un fotógrafo una y otra vez que no quería que le sacaran fotos, este no le hace caso y le empuja tirándole al suelo, y por este hecho Sergio paga una multa de 53.100 pesetas.

A mediados de 1995 a las 10 de la noche, mediante cesárea nace el primer hijo de Sergio pesando 3,050 kilos y llamado en honor a su padre Sergi.

El 18 de septiembre y mediante una gran fiesta social es presentado el quinto álbum de Sergio, con 12 nuevas canciones de las cuales algunas han sido compuestas por Sergio y a las que dice dedicar a Sergi y Maribel, pero como en esta vida no todo pueden ser buenas noticias otro incidente asalta en la vida de nuestro protagonista ya que al acudir al programa Cita con la Vida de Nieves Herrero (con la cual ya tuvo problemas años atrás) se encuentra con un “tipo” que dice ser su doble, pero al ir a cantar los dos juntos, Sergio se encuentra con la sorpresa de que este individuo esta haciendo playback y la verdad es que no le sienta nada bien a Sergio.

El 9 de Noviembre de 1996 Sergio Dalma publico un álbum titulado “En concierto” grabado en una sala de fiestas en Madrid de nombre LA RIVIERA dando un espectacular concierto en directo mientras grababa el álbum con sus mejores canciones y algunos temas inéditos.

Pasado un tiempo Sergio se caso con Maribel por la iglesia el día 19 de Septiembre de 1997 en la parroquia de los Santos Apóstoles en la urbanización madrileña de Las Lomas asistiendo unos 90 invitados incluidos los dos hijos de la pareja: Adrián, fruto de una relación anterior de la modelo y Sergi de dos años. Sergio fue vestido de Versace y Maribel por Jesús del Pozo.

Con fecha 13 de Julio de 1998 Sergio y Maribel hacen publica su separación matrimonial a través de un fax remitido a la revista LECTURAS intentando acabar con esta relación de la forma mas civilizada posible, cosa que tiempo mas tarde resultara imposible debido a la actitud de la modelo según declara Sergio a una revista del corazón.

En este mismo año Sergio lanza al mercado otro álbum llamado “Historias normales” el cual obtiene insuperable éxito en el mercado de la música y conteniendo bastantes temas compuestos por el cantante.

Y llegamos hasta los días de hoy, habiendo sacado en el año 2000, otro disco al mercado llamado “Nueva Vida” y siendo un exitazo total ya que esta triunfando en España y parte del extranjero, nuestro cantante afirma que el titulo de su álbum tiene su pleno significado en su vida, ya que ha decidido hacer borrón y cuenta nueva en su vida personal como en la profesional, además Sergio ha empezado otra relación con una mujer de la cual sabemos muy poco, pero que desde el fondo de nuestros corazones le deseamos la mayor felicidad del mundo ya que se lo merece.

En el 2003 aparece un nuevo trabajo de Sergio Dalma, titulado “De otro color” y en 2008 se publica “A buena hora”, un álbum de temas melódicos en los que se incluyen temas como la versión ‘Maravillosa criatura’ de Gianna Nannini, o el tema ‘Por amor’ con Carmen París.

In January 1994, all Sergio’s fans were left speechless when the news broke on the Madrid Directo program that Sergio Dalma had secretly married the model Maribel Sanz, according to statements by Sergio they met in Madrid’s Amusement Park, They started dating as friends and decided to take it seriously until they were married on January 22 in the strictest privacy.

When everything seems almost perfect in Sergio’s life, a great blow breaks so much happiness, since after announcing that he was going to be a father, Maribel loses the baby they were so eagerly awaiting, but the hope of another possible pregnancy and the great love that they felt for each other got them out of this hard pothole. After some time, Sergio married Maribel in the church on September 19, 1997 in the parish of Santos Apóstoles in the Madrid urbanization of Las Lomas, attended by about 90 guests including the couple’s two children: Adrián, the result of a relationship. former model and two-year-old Sergi. Sergio was dressed as Versace and Maribel by Jesús del Pozo.

In 2003, a new work by Sergio Dalma appeared, entitled “De otro color” and in 2008 “A good hour” was published, an album of melodic themes in which songs such as the version ‘Wonderful creature’ by Gianna Nannini, or the song ‘Por amor’ with Carmen Paris.
