Mario Antonio Rivera Molina (San Miguel, March 10, 1964), better known as Marito Rivera, is a Salvadoran singer, pianist, composer and arranger who leads the musical group Marito Rivera and his Grupo Bravo, a band formed in the colony of the Margo. Colony that saw the birth of great renowned performers of Salsa / Christian music, among which are: Rene, Samuel, Carlitos, Marlon and Choyiyo.

He is the firstborn of Mario Rivera and Ela Beatriz Molina.

He studied at the Catholic Institute of the East (ICO). Starting his musical career at the age of six. At the age of eleven, he was part of the musical groups Los Babies and Juvenil ICO. By the time he was twelve years old, he was already making presentations in various cities in El Salvador. Already in adolescence he joined Grupo Bravo, which was managed by his father, accompanied by all his brothers Reynaldo Rivera on trumpet, Elena Rivera, lead vocalist of the group, and Peter Rivera. Guitarist. He changed the name of this musical group to: Marito Rivera and his Grupo Bravo.

When he graduated from high school, he traveled to Ceará (Brazil) to study at the Conservatory of Music. Studying in one year six cycles with high grades. Upon his return to El Salvador he was already a young man prepared and very talented in music, giving a great boost with his Grupo Bravo.
