The Beatles grabaron la canción “Help!” durante una sesión nocturna en los Abbey Road studios, en Londres. Durante una entrevista con la revista Playboy en 1980, John Lennon relató: “Todo el asunto de The Beatles estaba más allá de la comprensión. Subconscientemente estaba pidiendo ayuda a gritos”.
