Kiss y Nirvana fueron inducidos en el Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, junto con el manager de The Beatles, Brian Epstein. En la ceremonia Michael Stipe (de R.E.M.) comentó: “Nirvana tocó una voz que anhelaba ser escuchada. Nirvana estaba pateando contra la corriente principal. Ellos decían la verdad y mucha gente escuchaba su mensaje”.

Kiss and Nirvana were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, along with The Beatles’ manager Brian Epstein. At the ceremony Michael Stipe (of REM) commented: “Nirvana touched a voice that longed to be heard. Nirvana was kicking against the mainstream. “They told the truth and many people listened to their message.”
