KEN KERCHEVAL, fue un actor estadounidense, especialmente recordado por su interpretación del papel de Cliff Barnes en la popular serie de televisión Dallas, que interpretó durante catorce años.

En 2012 Kercheval volvió a interpretar, de forma ocasional como estrella invitada, el papel de Cliff Barnes en el retorno de la serie Dallas, junto con otros personajes de la serie original como Linda Gray, Patrick Duffy y Larry Hagman.

Hizo su debut en el mundo del entretenimiento en 1962.

Después de aparecer en la famosa película Un mundo implacable (1976) de Sidney Lumet, la fama mundial le llega cuando es escogido para el papel de Cliff Barnes, rival en los negocios y el amor de JR Ewing (Larry Hagman), en la famosa serie Dallas (1978-1991), llegando a ganar el Premio Soap Opera Digest Awards al mejor actor de reparto en 1990.

A pesar de su largo compromiso con la serie Dallas, también desempeñó papeles menores en muchas series de televisión, entre las que destacan Starsky y Hutch, Vacaciones en el mar, Hotel, Se ha escrito un crimen y Diagnóstico asesinato.

KEN KERCHEVAL, was an American actor, especially remembered for his portrayal of the role of Cliff Barnes on the popular television series Dallas, which he played for fourteen years.

In 2012 Kercheval reprized, occasionally as a guest star, the role of Cliff Barnes in the return of the series Dallas, along with other characters from the original series such as Linda Gray, Patrick Duffy and Larry Hagman.

He made his debut in the entertainment world in 1962.

After appearing in the famous film A World Ruthless (1976) by Sidney Lumet, world fame comes when he is chosen for the role of Cliff Barnes, rival in business and love of JR Ewing (Larry Hagman), in the famous series Dallas (1978-1991), going so far as to win the Soap Opera Digest Awards for best supporting actor in 1990.

Despite his long commitment to the series Dallas, he also played minor roles in many television series, including Starsky and Hutch, Vacation by the Sea, Hotel, A Crime Has Been Written, and Murder Diagnosis.

He passed away on April 21, 2019 at the age of 83.
