Hillary Brooke, una rubia elegante de 1’68 m del barrio de Queens, Nueva York comenzó trabajando como modelo mientras estudiaba en la universidad de Columbia. Comenzó una carrera en el cine en los años 1940 y a principios de los años 1950 participó regularmente en varias series de televisión. Se casó con Alan Shute en 1936, divorciándose en 1940 y casándose en segundas nupcias con el subdirector Jack Voglin en 1941, teniendo un hijo, Donald, antes de su divorcio en 1948. Con su tercer marido, Raymond A. Klune, un ejecutivo de MGM, se casó en 1960, durando su unión hasta la muerte de él en 1988. Le aportó de un matrimonio anterior una hijastra, Carol Klune, y un hijastro, Donald C. Klune.
El 25 de mayo de 1999, Brooke murió de causas no reveladas en un hospital en Fallbrook, California.

Hillary Brooke, a 6-foot-tall, elegant blonde from the borough of Queens, New York began working as a model while studying at Columbia University. He began a career in film in the 1940s and in the early 1950s he regularly participated in various television series. She married Alan Shute in 1936, divorcing in 1940 and remarrying Deputy Director Jack Voglin in 1941, having a son, Donald, before their divorce in 1948. With her third husband, Raymond A. Klune, an executive from MGM, married in 1960, their union lasted until his death in 1988. From a previous marriage, she was given a stepdaughter, Carol Klune, and a stepson, Donald C. Klune.
On May 25, 1999, Brooke died of undisclosed causes at a hospital in Fallbrook, California.
For her contribution to the television industry, Hillary Brooke has a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
