AGNES ROBERTSON MOOREHEAD (Clinton, Massachusetts; 6 de diciembre de 1900 – Rochester, Minnesota; 30 de abril de 1974), conocida como AGNES MOOREHEAD, fue una actriz estadounidense de cine y televisión, conocida principalmente por su papel de Endora en la popular serie de televisión Bewitched (Embrujada, en España/Hechizada, en Hispanoamérica).

Moorehead nació en Clinton, Massachusetts, hija de un clérigo presbiteriano, John Henderson Moorehead, y de su esposa, Mildred McCauley, que había sido cantante. Moorehead más tarde se quitó seis años de su edad alegando que había nacido en 1906. Moorehead later took six years off his age claiming he was born in 1906. He recalled that his first public performance was at the age of three, reciting the «Our Father» in his father’s church.
Moorehead met Orson Welles and by 1937 was one of the main performers at the Mercury Theater, along with Joseph Cotten. She acted in his radio adaptations of The Mercury Theater on the Air and had a regular role opposite Welles on the series La Sombra as Margo. In 1939, Welles moved the Mercury Theater to Hollywood, where he began working for RKO Pictures. Several of his radio artists joined him and Moorehead thus made his film debut as his mother in Citizen Kane (1941), considered one of the best films ever made. Moorehead appeared in the films Journey into Fear (1943), based on a novel by Eric Ambler and in The Magnificent Ambersons (1942), based on a novel by Booth Tarkington. He received a New York Film Critics Award and an Oscar nomination for his performance in the last one.
