\u201cWhole Lotta Love\u201d de Led Zeppelin fue certificado Oro, en los Estados Unidos, despu\u00e9s de vender m\u00e1s de un mill\u00f3n de copias. En el Reino Unido, Atlantic Records esperaba publicar la versi\u00f3n editada ellos mismos, y presion\u00f3 para obtener sus copias iniciales para su lanzamiento, previsto el 5 de diciembre de 1969. \u201cWhole Lotta Love\u201d by Led Zeppelin was certified Gold, in the United States, after selling more than one million copies. The single peaked at #4 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and #4 on the US Singles Chart. In the UK, Atlantic Records hoped to release the edited version themselves, and lobbied for their initial copies for release, scheduled for 5 December 1969. However, the band’s manager, Peter Grant, insisted that the band maintain a “no-singles” approach to marketing their recorded music in the United Kingdom, and stopped the launch.<\/p>\n
