UU. destaca por su defen"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Tegucigalpa Honduras mi\u00e9rcoles 11 enero 2023<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>El expresidente de la Rep\u00fablica Juan Orlando Hern\u00e1ndez (JOH), compareci\u00f3 hoy en audiencia ante el juez Kevin Castell en Estados Unidos, fijando su pr\u00f3xima audiencia para el pr\u00f3ximo 24 de abril hasta el 18 de septiembre.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, los representantes legales del exmandatario, presentar\u00e1n una moci\u00f3n para separar el juicio de Juan Carlos \u201cEl Tigre\u201d Bonilla.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, su defensor Raymond Colon, mencion\u00f3 que el Gobierno de Honduras est\u00e1 obstaculizando el caso.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEl Gobierno de Honduras ha estado poniendo trabas a nuestra defensa, \u00bfQu\u00e9 agencia estadounidense est\u00e1 influyendo en la relaci\u00f3n, la Agencia Central de Inteligencia (CIA por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s) o la Administraci\u00f3n de Control de Drogas (DEA por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s)? Esta persona estaba muy dispuesta a ser entrevistada por m\u00ed, pero ahora, su familia dijo que solo con orden de un juez\u201d, declar\u00f3 Colon.<\/p>\n<p>Posteriormente, agreg\u00f3, \u201cVamos a pedir al Departamento de Estado de Estados Unidos que nos haga m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil. Ten\u00eda un oficial militar listo para testificar sobre un tema de la Cuarta Enmienda, muy destacado, sobre un incidente que no ocurri\u00f3 que se describi\u00f3 en el juicio de Juan Antonio Hern\u00e1ndez\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, JOH incorpor\u00f3 a una nueva integrante a su equipo legal, se trata de la abogada Sabrina P.
