Con Los Iracundos, Franco alcanz\u00f3 la fama internacional a mediados de la d\u00e9cada de los 60’s con temas rom\u00e1nticos juveniles como Calla, Todo termin\u00f3, El desenga\u00f1o, La lluvia termin\u00f3, Dime qui\u00e9n, Felicidad, felicidad, El triunfador, Puerto Montt y Es la lluvia que cae; tema incluido en el \u00e1lbum Los Iracundos en Roma \u2014el m\u00e1s exitoso de esta d\u00e9cada\u2014 \u00e9xitos que los llevan a incursionar, incluso, en el cine, en varias oportunidades como invitados y en una de ellas como protagonistas, en la pel\u00edcula Este loco verano donde adem\u00e1s interpretaban las canciones de su repertorio y Locos por la m\u00fasica.<\/div>\n

El 1 de febrero de 1989, Eduardo Franco falleci\u00f3 de un c\u00e1ncer terminal a los ganglios linf\u00e1ticos en su ciudad natal, despu\u00e9s de varios a\u00f1os de sobrellevarlo.<\/div>\n

With Los Iracundos, Franco achieved international fame in the mid-1960s with youthful romantic songs such as “Calla”, “Everything ended”, “El desenga\u00f1o”, “The rain ended”, “Tell me who”, “Happiness, happiness\u00bb, The winner, Puerto Montt and It is the rain that falls; theme included in the album Los Iracundos en Roma \u2014the most successful of this decade\u2014 hits that lead them to venture, even, in the cinema, on several occasions as guests and in one of them as protagonists, in the movie Este loco Verano where They also performed songs from their repertoire and Locos por la M\u00fasica.<\/div>\n
