Murray Head se educ\u00f3 en el Lyc\u00e9e Fran\u00e7ais Charles de Gaulle en South Kensington, Londres, y en Hampton School en Hampton, Londres. Asisti\u00f3 a la Chiswick Polytechnic (una universidad de alto nivel) a principios de los a\u00f1os sesenta.<\/div>\n

Ha actuado en pel\u00edculas, musicales, programas de televisi\u00f3n y obras de radioteatro. Protagoniz\u00f3 la pel\u00edcula Sunday Bloody Sunday (Domingo, maldito domingo, John Schlesinger, 1971) que obtuvo el Premio BAFTA de 1971, el Globo de Oro a la mejor pel\u00edcula extranjera de 1972 y cuatro nominaciones a los Premios \u00d3scar de 1971.<\/div>\n

Su canci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s m\u00e1s \u00e9xito ha sido \u00abOne Night in Bangkok\u00bb, interpretada en 1984 para el musical Chess, la cual alcanz\u00f3 la posici\u00f3n #1 en Alemania, Suiza y Australia y la posici\u00f3n #3 en Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1. Tambi\u00e9n ha interpretado canciones en franc\u00e9s, idioma que habla con perfecta fluidez, siendo muy conocido en Francia y Canad\u00e1.<\/div>\n

He starred in the film Sunday Bloody Sunday (Sunday, bloody Sunday, John Schlesinger, 1971) which won the 1971 BAFTA Award, the 1972 Golden Globe Award for Best Foreign Film and four nominations for the 1971 Academy Awards.<\/div>\n
