Neneco se inici\u00f3 musicalmente en la banda del batall\u00f3n Rojas Silva del Salesianito con el uso de la trompeta. Sus lecciones de teor\u00eda y solfeo elemental las tom\u00f3 con Padre Ernesto P\u00e9rez, el recordado y famoso Pa’i P\u00e9rez. Posteriormente, aprendi\u00f3 teor\u00eda y solfeo superior con el maestro Jos\u00e9 De Jes\u00fas Villalba, para luego seguir cursos de armon\u00eda con el profesor Otakar Platill.<\/div>\n

Estando en el Batall\u00f3n “Rojas Silva”, form\u00f3 un grupo musical integrado por los exploradores salesianos, siendo sus integrantes: como cantante, Luis Osmer Meza, quien posteriormente ser\u00eda el famoso Luis Alberto del Paran\u00e1, Rubito Medina en la guitarra y como clarinetista, Benjam\u00edn Caba\u00f1as.<\/div>\n

Este m\u00fasico obtiene el t\u00edtulo de profesor superior de la teor\u00eda y solfeo en el conservatorio Jorge B\u00e1ez y, ya inserto en la carrera de la m\u00fasica, forma su propia orquesta “Los Caballeros del Ritmo”, notable agrupaci\u00f3n integrada por Rudy Heyn, Chono Duarte, Paco G\u00f3mez, Victorio Ort\u00edz y Nelson Mendoza. Con la banda realiza giras por todo el territorio de la Rep\u00fablica del Paraguay, as\u00ed como por ciudades de la Argentina, Brasil y Uruguay.<\/div>\n

Neneco Norton es autor de una de las canciones paraguayas m\u00e1s difundidas, “Paloma blanca”. La letra dice entre sus l\u00edneas: \u201cAman\u00f3ta de quebranto guyram\u00ed jaula pe gu\u00e1icha, porque ndarek\u00f3i consuelo mi linda paloma blanca\u201d.<\/div>\n

Neneco began musically in the band of the Rojas Silva del Salesianito battalion with the use of the trumpet. He took his lessons in theory and elementary music theory with Father Ernesto P\u00e9rez, the remembered and famous Pa’i P\u00e9rez. Later, he learned theory and higher solfeggio with the teacher Jos\u00e9 De Jes\u00fas Villalba, to later follow harmony courses with the teacher Otakar Platill.<\/div>\n

While in the “Rojas Silva” Battalion, he formed a musical group made up of Salesian explorers, its members being: as a singer, Luis Osmer Meza, who would later become the famous Luis Alberto del Paran\u00e1, Rubito Medina on guitar and as a clarinetist, Benjamin Cabins.<\/div>\n
