Los Kipus, un grupo Peruano de M\u00fasica Criolla formado hoy por Paco Maceda, V\u00edctor Mel\u00e9ndez y Elizabeth Panchano inicia su historia en agosto de 1959 y sus primeras presentaciones se realizaron en enero de 1960 en Ecuador. Despu\u00e9s vinieron a Lima para ofrecer sus primeras actuaciones “en vivo”. Por eso, en aquel entonces muchos pensaron que eran ecuatorianos.<\/p>\n

Varias fueron las voces que interpretaron temas inolvidables. Entre ellas figuran Carmen Montoro, Zoraida Villanueva, Charito Alonso, Pilar Valdivia, Zenobia C\u00e1ceres, Eva Ayll\u00f3n, Teresita Andrade (ecuatoriana), Martha Valdivia, Rosa Garc\u00eda, Isabel La Rosa, Chela Lecca, Susana Santander, Vilma Paredes, Dolly Miranda y Sonia Berrocal. Y hasta el 31 de diciembre del 2001, Francoise Rodr\u00edguez fue la \u00faltima figura femenina del tr\u00edo mixto.<\/p>\n

Pero el jueves 14 de Febrero del 2002 se dio a conocer a la decimos\u00e9ptima voz, ella es Elizabeth Panchano, nuevo descubrimiento del fundador y director Paco Maceda.<\/p>\n

Los Kipus, a Peruvian Creole Music group formed today by Paco Maceda, V\u00edctor Mel\u00e9ndez and Elizabeth Panchano began its history in August 1959 and its first performances were held in January 1960 in Ecuador. Later they came to Lima to offer their first “live” performances. That is why, at that time, many thought that they were Ecuadorians.<\/p>\n

Several were the voices that interpreted unforgettable themes. Among them are Carmen Montoro, Zoraida Villanueva, Charito Alonso, Pilar Valdivia, Zenobia C\u00e1ceres, Eva Ayll\u00f3n, Teresita Andrade (Ecuadorian), Martha Valdivia, Rosa Garc\u00eda, Isabel La Rosa, Chela Lecca, Susana Santander, Vilma Paredes, Dolly Miranda and Sonia Berrocal. And until December 31, 2001, Francoise Rodr\u00edguez was the last female figure of the mixed trio.
\nBut on Thursday, February 14, 2002, the seventeenth voice was revealed, she is Elizabeth Panchano, a new discovery of the founder and director Paco Maceda.<\/p>\n
