\u00c1lvaro Torres naci\u00f3 en Hacienda Nueva, municipio de Concepci\u00f3n Batres, departamento de Usulut\u00e1n, Rep\u00fablica de El Salvador. Creci\u00f3 en la regi\u00f3n del Bajo Lempa, concretamente en el cant\u00f3n Los Linderos a orillas del R\u00edo Lempa.<\/p>\n

Sus padres, Mar\u00eda del Carmen Torres y Jos\u00e9 Germ\u00e1n Ibarra se separaron cuando \u00e9l ten\u00eda dos a\u00f1os de edad y a pesar de no haberse criado con su padre, fue de \u00e9l que hered\u00f3 su hermoso talento y la pasi\u00f3n por la m\u00fasica.<\/p>\n

\u00c1lvaro Torres was born in Hacienda Nueva, municipality of Concepci\u00f3n Batres, department of Usulutan, Republic of El Salvador. He grew up in the Bajo Lempa region, specifically in the Los Linderos cant\u00f3n on the banks of the Lempa River.<\/p>\n

His parents, Mar\u00eda del Carmen Torres and Jos\u00e9 Germ\u00e1n Ibarra, separated when he was two years old and despite not having grown up with his father, it was from him that he inherited his beautiful talent and passion for music.<\/p>\n

Among his best-known songs are: “My little girl”, “I have lived waiting for you”, “From end to end”, “Make me forget her”, “I will continue to love you”, “My true love”, “If you were with me” , “It’s going to hurt”, “Three”, “I’ll still love you”, “Stress”, “Hopefully”, “Everything is paid”, “Love that kills”, “What is said to forget”, “Reunion” , “Nothing compares to you”, “I will forget you”, “The Last Romantic”, “To you my love”, “On the prowl”, “More romantic than anyone”, “Neither you nor her”, “Empty spaces”, “Get away from me”, among many others. He has sung a duet with Mexican singers such as: Dulce, with the song “Our Love”; Marisela, with the song “My love for you”; Tatiana, with whom he recorded “I want to return to your side”; and Selena, with whom she performed “Buenos Amigos.” In addition to other duets, he recorded with Jos\u00e9 Feliciano in 2005 the song “No Me Vuelvo A Enamorar” and “I’ve Come to Ask You Forgiveness”, songs included in the album \u00c1lvaro Torres Interprets Juan Gabriel in Boleros.
